Padre's U10 Girls Hurricanes Academy Team participated in the First Annual Academy Cup hosted by the Houston Eclipse in Sugarland.  The girls defeated Space City 2-0; Nike Texas Rush 3-1; Houston Eclipse 3-0; Houston Pursuit 2-0; and Houston Challenge 2-0. We were  the only team outside of the Houston Area who participated. The girls finished their fall tournament season with a 9-2-2 record which included the semi-finals at the Premier Fall Shootout in San Antonio, as well as 1st place finishes at the CBYSA Thanksgiving Tournament and the First Annual Academy Cup.

The U10 Girls Academy teams swept the 3v3 Live tournmament held in Corpus Christi on December 13th finishing 1st, 2nd and 3rd. The Girls U9 Academy team finished second in their age division. All four teams move on to compete at the Winter Nationals in Roundrock, TX. GO HURRICANES!!
