“The Mission of FC Padre Soccer Club is to provide the youth of Coastal Bend Area with the opportunity to participate in a recreational and competitive soccer environment by developing advanced soccer skills, sportsmanship, honesty, respect, and fair play. To provide a safe soccer club where our youth not only can enhance their technical and tactical skills, but also learn the importance of physical fitness in their lives. To provide an atmosphere where the player’s emotional well-being will be nurtured as they learn the importance of teamwork, determination, persistence, and hard work. All members will work towards instilling in our youth, the enjoyment and fun aspects of the beautiful game of soccer.”
FAQs for Recreational Soccer (U4 – U10)
Where are the games played?
U8 and below games are in house.
U9/U10: Majority of games will be held at Bill Witt with the potential of some games being played throughout the Coastal Bend.
What equipment does my child need to start soccer?
Your child is required to have a soccer ball (size 3 for U3-U8; size 4 for U9/U10) and shin guards at all practices. You may also want to have cleats for your child and extra black shorts and socks for games. Padre Soccer will supply a full uniform for both Fall & Spring seasons. Your child must also bring water to all practices and games.
What age level is my child playing?

When will I be contacted by our coach?
Coaches will be given rosters soon after registration is closed. Please allow one to two weeks after registration has closed.
What do I do if I have not been contacted by anyone?
1.) Make sure you have your email correct on your registration form (this is the main source for contacting you).
